Requirements
- Knowlegde in garment industry
- Willing to travel oversea occasionally
- Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Required Language: English, Mandarin
Responsibilities
- Conduct after-sales software training to customers
- Provide technical support through remote access (online), on site visiting, phone or email on troubleshooting or problem solving in software.
- Conduct product presentation and conduct product benchmark by providing solution that can benefit to the customer
- Build strong relationship with end users, technical/operation managers
- Testing the software to be parallel with latest update from software and hardware
- Document and develop technical support knowledge base and materials
- Other duties assigned by the company
