Requirements
- Understanding of electronic components, circuits, and troubleshooting techniques related to video game consoles and accessories.
- Prior experience in electronics/phone repair, particularly with video game consoles, can be beneficial.
- Ability to diagnose issues accurately and implement effective solutions efficiently.
- Being meticulous in identifying and addressing technical problems to ensure high-quality repairs.
- Capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical individuals and providing excellent customer service.
- Managing inventory, ordering parts, and maintaining a tidy workspace are important aspects of the role.
- Willingness to learn new repair techniques and keep up with advancements in gaming technology.
- Adhering to safety protocols when working with electronic equipment to prevent accidents or damage.
- Collaborating with colleagues and sharing knowledge for efficient problem-solving and workflow management.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring console servicing follows the "Standard Operation Procedure Service Console."
- Contributing and suggesting new impactful ideas for improvements in the console servicing department.
- Managing WhatsApp customer communication and maintaining customer records.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with video game consoles and equipment.
- Repair or replace faulty components such as circuit boards, controllers, screens, and power supplies.
- Test repaired equipment to ensure functionality and performance.
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary parts for repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding gaming equipment.
