Requirements
- Able to communicate and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Experienced in managing social platform such as Shopee and TikTok is an added advantage, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Good interaction & communication skills
- Independent, self- discipline and motivated
- Positive mindset, responsible and able to work independently
Responsibilities
- Managing webstores and close sales through social media such as Shopee and TikTok
- Planning and executing online sales campaign on social media platform
- Managing customer's queries which is handling live chat interaction on social media platform and providing consultation on product usage through social media
- Providing after-sales support and good relationship with customers for product improvement
- Updating and managing sales record on daily basis
- Working closely with other team members to drive online sales and revenue
