Requirements
- Min 2 years' experience in purchasing/procurement. Experience in aluminium & glass industry will be added advantage.
- Diploma in Engineering/Science or Business Administration.
- Have outstanding communication skills and able to effectively liaise with external parties to ensure meet requirements and standards.
- Possess good negotiation skills and comparison skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with less supervision.
- Computer literature.
- Demonstrates initiative and self-direction
- Efficient time management and activity planning skills.
- A strong team player with good planning and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring all Purchase Requisition receive and request for quotation and place order.
- To ensure all the purchases in right source, quality, quantity, delivery and price.
- To negotiate for the best prices and payment term for every purchase while maintaining the highest level of quality, reliability, and services.
- To monitor order on time delivery and avoid any interruptions with production operation and other department.
- Responsible in vendor sourcing, selection, and vendor performance evaluation.
- To manage all purchasing record are up to date, generate periodical and any purchasing report.
