Requirements

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in fields such as Marketing, Media, Advertising, Journalism, E-commerce, or related majors.

2. Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in livestreaming product sales or e-commerce industry, with preference given to those with successful sales cases.

3. Sales Skills: Possess good sales awareness and skills, able to effectively drive product sales through livestreaming.

4. Communication and Coordination: Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with different departments and external partners.

5. Market Insights: Have keen insight into market dynamics, able to quickly grasp user needs and market trends.

6. Data Analysis: Have certain data analysis capabilities, able to use data to guide livestreaming product sales optimization.

7. Innovative Thinking: Have innovative thinking and quick learning ability, able to quickly adapt to changes in the livestreaming product sales industry.

Responsibilities

1.Livestream Content Planning: Responsible for planning livestreaming content for product demonstrations, promotional activities, interactive sessions, etc., ensuring content is engaging and drives sales.

2. Sales Target Setting: Develop sales plans for livestreaming product sales based on company sales goals and drive sales performance during livestreams.

3. Host Training and Management: Select and train suitable hosts, improve their product sales skills and livestream performance, enhancing user trust and purchase intention.

4. Livestream Promotion and Marketing: Promote livestreaming product sales activities through multiple channels, including planning short video content to attract potential buyers to watch livestreams.

5. Livestream Interaction Design: Design and execute interactive sessions in livestreaming rooms, such as audience questions, giveaways, limited-time offers, etc., to increase user engagement and purchase conversion rates.

6. Data Analysis and Optimization: Collect and analyze data on livestreaming product sales, including viewership, interaction rates, conversion rates, sales revenue, etc., continuously optimizing livestreaming strategies.

7. Risk Control and Compliance: Familiarize with TikTok platform rules for livestreaming rooms, ensure livestream content complies with relevant laws and regulations, avoid compliance risks, and promptly handle unexpected situations during livestreams.

8. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as short video production, advertising, and hosts to collectively improve livestreaming product sales effectiveness.
