Requirements
- SPM/Diploma/Degree in related job field
- Has similar work experience will be an advantage
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
- Required skills: Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel & sales application
- Has excellent communication skills in English is a must
- Preferably mandarin speaker (assist to handle mandarin/mandarin documents)
Responsibilities
- Understand company products and brands and support direct report to sale manager in developing new product listings, sales channel strategies and operational plans
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for sales representatives
- Manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Handle the processing of all sales orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including filing, copying, and organizing documents
