Requirements
- Educational Background: Degree or diploma in logistics management, warehouse management, or related field is preferred.
- Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in warehouse management or related work, familiarity with warehouse operation processes and management standards is preferred.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems: Proficient in warehouse management software and system operations, able to independently manage goods and conduct inventory checks.
- Strong Sense of Responsibility: Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail, able to take seriously the storage and management of goods, ensuring the accuracy of goods information.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in computer operation and warehouse equipment maintenance skills, able to perform simple repairs on warehouse equipment.
- Communication and Coordination Skills: Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors, and collaborate to solve problems at work.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure: Able to work under high-pressure environments, cope with emergencies and urgent tasks, and remain calm and composed.
- Awareness of Regulations: Understanding of relevant warehouse management regulations and safety standards, strict adherence to relevant laws and regulations to ensure legal and compliant warehouse operations.
- Proactive Learning Attitude: Demonstrates a proactive attitude and willingness to continuously learn and improve warehouse management professional knowledge and skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage Daily Warehouse Operations: Responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the warehouse, including goods storage, inventory management, stocktaking, goods sorting, and organizing.
- Ensure Warehouse Safety: Supervise and enforce warehouse safety regulations and procedures to ensure proper storage of goods, prevent damage and loss of goods, and safeguard the safety of employees and warehouse facilities.
- Goods Receiving and Dispatching: Responsible for receiving and dispatching goods, verifying the quantity and quality of goods, ensuring the accuracy of goods information, and promptly reporting any abnormal situations.
- Warehouse Facilities Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain warehouse facilities and equipment to ensure their normal operation, promptly identify and resolve facility failures and safety hazards.
- Coordinate Logistics Transport: Coordinate with logistics companies or transportation fleets to arrange the transportation of goods, ensure timely delivery of goods to their destinations, and assist in handling problems and exceptions during transportation.
- Document Recording and Reporting: Responsible for recording and organizing data on goods in and out of the warehouse, inventory information, and related reports, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of document data.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as the live streaming department, operations department, etc., to ensure smooth supply and distribution of goods.
- Improve Efficiency: Continuously optimize warehouse management processes and operating methods, improve work efficiency and turnover rate of goods, and reduce warehouse costs and operational risks.
