Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma Marketing, Mass Communication or related fields
- Fresh Graduates are strongly welcomed.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscapes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
Responsibilities
- Scout KOLs and maintain a good relationship for a long-term collaboration
- Briefs KOLs to help with marketing needs
- Brainstorming creative ideas that can ensure the best contents and business results
- Closely manage assigned KOLs and provide guidance
- Always look up for emerging trends & influencers, especially in short video format
- Responsible for KPI settings for business objectives behind KOLs content marketing
- Monitor campaigns and ensure contract compliance while always looking out for improvement points
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the industry and competitor offering
