Requirements
- Responsible and discipline to work
- Proficiency in Mandarin.
- Quick thinker and creative problem-solver.
- SPM leavers and fresh graduate who are interested are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking customers.
Responsibilities
- Communicate and explain basic information to the customer
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints on company's services and products
- Assist in general office administration work as and when required
- Responsible for answering & screening telephone calls, Messaging.
