Requirements
- Possess Degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 3-5 Years Working Experiences in the construction industry.
- Can speak in English & Mandarin.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise on-site by devising engineering solutions for challenges using established concepts, practices, and techniques.
- Plan work and allocate resources, focusing on work programs to ensure timely project progress.
- Maintain close collaboration with supervisors, surveyors, foremen, and subcontractors to foster effective teamwork.
- Prepare and review shop drawings to ensure compliance with plans and specifications, particularly in construction building projects.
- Monitor site progress, installations, and attend project meetings and site gatherings in construction building projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to uphold design schedules, adhere to project budgets, and meet client expectations.
- Conduct inspections and testing on all subcontractor works to ensure alignment with standards, specifications, and drawings.
