Requirements
- Applicants must be SPM Holders
- Applicants with fluent proficiency in English (Read, Speak, Type)
- Applicants with fluent proficiency in simplified Mandarin (Read, Speak, Type)
- Applicants with fluent proficiency in BM (Read, Speak, Type)
- Applicants can work from Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 6pm and Saturday to Sunday, 8am – 5pm
- Applicants can work 5.5 days a week.
- Applicants can join on 12th of June.
Responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls and outbound calls for Main Line, Operator queue, and DOM BIS Sales Enquiries
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction whilst maintain a professional manner.
- Be familiar with all policy, processes, and product knowledge and escalation paths.
- Remain polite, patient and courteous with customers throughout the experience.
- Ensure the end-to-end experience for all customers is at a high level of customer satisfaction.
