Requirements
- Fresh Graduates encouraged to apply
- Able to read & write English & Mandarin
- Able to attend event
- Able to use Microsoft office PowerPoint, Excel and words
Responsibilities
- Assist with paperwork (proposal costing post mortem report)
- Preparation of event (assist to liase with supplier, vendor, crew)
- Logistic coordination & onsite event support
- Liase with client to ensure to get the accurate event brief
- Monitor team to ensure the items submitted are correct
