Job Scope 

• Structuring of schemes for corporate proposals
• Formulating & implementing distribution and marketing strategies for equity offerings
• Research on industries and Valuation of businesses and assets
• Investor relations
• Preparing application documents, prospectuses, circulars and announcements for corporate proposals and ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements
• Diligently review deliverables of other professionals (e.g. Legal Documentation, Market Research Reports, Financial Reports etc) to ensure high professional quality is maintained
• Liaising with the authorities on various issues and queries arising from the applications
• Project planning & management: working together on a day-to-day basis with clients and other professionals to ensure the project schedule is met including coordinating the work of other professionals
