Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in management, Human Resource, Business Admin or similar.
- Good understanding about end-to-end recruitment process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills Meticulous and high attention to details and maintain confidentiality in all situations.
- Flexible, adaptable, resourceful, and able to work under pressure in a fast – paced environment.
- Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn.
- Transparent: shares critical information, speaks with candor, contributes constructively.
- Focused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committed.
- Leadership ability: strong communicator, decision-maker, collaborative.
- Problem solver: analytical-minded, challenges existing processes, critical thinker.
- Native Japanese speaker or N1 holder.
Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential Japanese-speaking candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
