Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics Engineering.
- Experience as Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 (min 3 years).
- Experience in Document Control (min 3 years).
- Experience in product validation/testing, PPAP (including DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, Cpk).
- Ability to work under minimum supervision, good in analytical skills & be able to produce 8D Report.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate and with good spoken & written English.
- Good knowledge in metal fabrication, electrical & welding.
- Good knowledge in calibration.
- Well verse with 7 QC tools (including 7 new QC tools).
Responsibilities
- Directly responsible for the certification for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Social Accountability and UL audits for subsidiaries company.
- To ensure in-coming, in-process, final and pre-delivery inspection is being carried out effectively for Meftech Company.
- Conduct Weekly Quality Meeting at divisional level.
- Publish Quality Performance Report (including analysis on Customer Complaint, Supplier Rejection & Internal Rejection) on weekly/monthly basis.
- Part of Supplier Audit Team members.
- Internal Auditor for ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001.
- Carry out Document Control function at divisional level.
- Act as a Window Person for ISO activities at divisional level.
- Act as Deputy Management Representative (MR) for ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO45001 in the absence of MR.
- Lead the QA Lab development.
