Requirements
- Applicants must possess a minimum of SPM level qualifications and above.
- Candidates must possess great proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English (Read, Speak, Type)
- Candidates must be willing to commit to 5.5 days per week with 1.5 rotational off days.
- Candidates must have no issue working on rotational shifts from 7:30 am to 6 pm.
- Candidates must possess prior experience in Customer Service.
- Candidates must be able to start working by 12th June 2024 (Training provided with Basic Salary)
- Once shortlisted, candidates must be open to be based in PJ.
Responsibilities
- Filter calls that do not need engineer on site and perform FCR.
- Dispatch engineer on-site for hardware-related issues.
- Filter call based on product and required different assistance such as software help and to transfer to the department in charge.
- Handle calls from Salse & Main Line
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for Main line and operator queue.
- Accurately record and update customers’ cases into RM and trackers following appropriate processes.
- Ensure customer issues and/or complaints are either addressed or escalated to the appropriate level, whilst ensuring follow through in all cases.
- Raise escalation for the relevant Business Unit for resolution.
- Ensure the end-to-end experience for all customers is at a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Remain polite, patient, and courteous with customers throughout the experience.
- Handle product, Sales & Promotion inquiries on Printers, cameras, scanners, projectors, and other products.
