Responsibilities
- Assist sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotations, sales orders and invoices
- Communicate with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues and provide product information
- Coordinate with internal departments, including warehouse and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Support sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
