Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of printing methods and materials used.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Demonstrated commitment to the company's values and mission.
Responsibilities
- Develop and safeguard brand guidelines, ensuring uniformity across all channels and materials.
- Translate marketing and content objectives into visually engaging communications.
- Design and produce high-quality packaging, boxes, and sticker labels for beauty & wellness products, ensuring that they align with the company's branding standards and effectively communicate key product information to the target audience.
- Collaborate with the product development team to develop packaging concepts and designs that align with product specifications and branding guidelines.
- Create mockups and prototypes to visualize packaging design concepts and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain a library of graphic assets and design templates for use in packaging and labeling.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure that packaging designs are optimized for production and cost-effective.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in packaging design and labeling.
- Ensure that packaging designs comply with industry regulations and standards for safety, labeling, and marketing claims.
- Create diverse marketing collateral including exhibition space, brochures, banners, newsletters, and promotional materials for both digital and print media.
- Develop visuals for online platforms such as the website, social media channels, and email campaigns.
- Design visual materials for events and exhibitions, including banners, invitations, and promotional items.
- Assist in product design and packaging visuals, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Oversee multiple design projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to align on project objectives and expectations.
