Requirements
- Min SPM Required.
- Min 2 Years experience working in related job field like shopee, lazada, tiktok sales monitoring / fulfilment.
- Preferred Mandarin, English and Malay language for easily reply to customer chat
Responsibilities
- Forecast and planning for new listing product
- planning for on going and future product promotion
- Fullfill and monitor daily sales order from online platform
- Response to customer enquires from platform chat.
- Manage sales and product upload for online platform eg shopee, lazada, tiktok.
