Requirements
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin is added advantage but not compulsary
- Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Facial Therapist, preferably in a multi-brand skincare environment.
- Excellent knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and facial techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with clients.
- Team-oriented mindset, willing to collaborate and support colleagues.
- Customer-focused attitude, committed to delivering outstanding service.
- Professionalism, reliability, and keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough skin analyses to assess clients' skincare needs and concerns.
- Perform a range of multi-brand facials, customizing treatments to suit individual skin types and conditions.
- Educate clients on effective skincare routines and techniques.
- Recommend skincare products from our diverse range, with a focus on enhancing customer experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and work areas.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless client experience and achieve team goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and emerging skincare technologies.
