Requirements
- Fluent proficiency in Mandarin and English (read, speak, type)
- Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years in related field
- Possess initiative and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with excellent skills in SQL Accounting systems.
- Highly analytical, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Experience with accounting software such as Autocount Accounting system.
- Strong mathematical and analytical aptitude.
- Exceptional organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Manages full set of accounts.
- Responsible for all accounting and finance related functions
- Prepares monthly statements by collecting data, analysing, and investigating variances and fluctuations, and summarizing data and trends.
- To prepare and update sales invoices, debit, and credit note.
- Ensure all general ledger transactions, bank reconciliation and schedule are done correctly and submitted for review in a timely manner.
- Liaise with vendor, prepare payment and reconciliation every month.
- To prepare and verify salary transaction via online banking to staff.
- To prepare tax schedules and liaise with tax agent for annual tax submission.
- Apply and submit SST.
- Cash flow management.
- Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business
- Prepares special reports by studying variances, preparing budgets, and developing forecasts.
- Supporting maintaining the Finance ERP system
- Provides financial advice by studying operational issues, applying financial principles, and practices.
- Complies with state and federal tax filling requirements by studying regulations, adhering to requirements, and advising management on required actions.
- Presentation to management for monthly closing EBIT result and working capital.
