Requirements
- Fluent proficiency in Mandarin and English (read, speak, type)
- Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in related field
- Possess initiative and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with excellent skills in SQL Accounting systems.
- Highly analytical, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Experience with accounting software such as Autocount Accounting system.
- Strong mathematical and analytical aptitude.
- Exceptional organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of Accounts Department
- Maintain a documented system of accounting policy and procedure.
- To ensure accounting reports and financial reports are up to date.
- Assist and support the management on treasury and budgeting function.
- Ensure all accounting system, practice, control, and procedures are fully compliant with the latest financial reporting standards & applicable reporting standard.
- Monitor account payable and ensure all entries are updated within deadline set.
- Control and manage end-to-end financial process in support of the accounts which included collection, payment, monthly reporting, balance sheet item reconciliation and intercompany charges.
- Manage the annual budget and forecast.
- Maintain and orderly accounting filing system.
- Liaise with External Auditors, Tax Agent and Custom.
