Requirements
- At least a Diploma, proficiency in English & BM
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Can speak in English, B.Malaysia and Mandarin
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Excellent in communication and time management
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls in a more professional manner and provide information about products and services as required by the callers
- Handle online & retail walk-in customers from product recommendation and closing sales
- Responsible for taking orders, and obtaining details of customer inquiries & comments
- Follow up customers inquiries and understand customers' workplace safety needs
- Identify the sales lead and pass to respective sales agent effectively (if necessary)
- Assist sales team to provide quotation and communicate with customers for further assistance
- Support online stores in terms of product info, pricing updates, collect orders and problem solving
- In charge of vendors application documents submission
- Any relevant tasks that assigned by superior
