Primary responsibilities of this role include coordinating all related daily site activities and other necessary requirements of the assigned job and task within the assigned territory/base.
He /She will assist direct superior to monitor work progress inclusive liaising with other base and department and external party (i.e client, supplier, OEM, other contractor, authority etc.) to ensure the assigned job is smoothly delivered.
He / She is also responsible to assist direct superior upholding safety practice and culture within his/her territory and work closely with Safety Department for continuation, improvement, and implementation of safe practices.
The Site Coordinator is also responsible for preparing and presenting various project reports and maintaining project documentation.
