Job purpose

To create & maintain technology at both the back end and the front end of the web / mobile application to create a comprehensive digital solution that meets the customer’s business needs. The Full Stack Developer will play a crucial role in ensuring that the application is functional, user-friendly, and meets the needs of both the business and its users. This position requires a deep understanding of the entire web development process, from designing user interfaces to managing databases and server-side logic.

Duties and responsibilities

Work independently to develop and implement technical solutions, focusing on system configurations, deployments, and thorough code reviews.
Design, build, and maintain the front-end and back-end components of web applications.
Actively participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, scalability, and maintain ability, including reviewing CI/CD scripts and providing feedback on implementations.
Enhance database performance and efficiency through effective query optimization techniques such as indexing and normalization.
Design scalable, maintainable, and extendable software architectures that meet business needs while ensuring modularity, scalability, security, and performance.
Create sustainable and functional web & mobile app applications with clean codes.
Conduct UI/UX tests and optimize performance.
Oversee and participate in the development and implementation of infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Escalating issues related to Solution, Configuration & Project Implementation.
Troubleshooting and resolving applications problems/issues.

Qualifications

At least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Professional certification will be an added advantage.
At least 3 years of strong working knowledge in development of Laravel, React JS, React Native and MySQL
Strong knowledge in Web API and Cloud Computing
Experience with Digital Ocean & AWS
Experience in Promises, authentication mechanism, cron jobs, lodash library, file operations, encryption & third-party integrations
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Good organizational and time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Hands-on backend web and mobile app development experience.
Proficient knowledge of a backend programming language and an in-depth understanding of web & mobile app development.
Proven experience creating user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
Capability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system.
Proven experience managing the hosting environment, that includes database administration and scaling an application to support load changes.
High level of integrity and persistence

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
