Responsibilities:

Responsible for front desk reception work, including welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, and handling mail.
Assist in the management and procurement of office equipment and supplies.
Assist in arranging company meetings and events, including conference room reservations and material preparations.
Assist superiors in handling daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Assist in organizing and filing office documents and data.
Provide administrative support, including travel arrangements and expense processing.
Assist in coordinating work with other departments to promote communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

Form Five or above, with a preference for a major in administration or related fields.
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese in writing and verbal communication.
Detail-oriented, patient, and possess strong organizational and coordination skills.
Some experience in office management, familiarity with office software operations.
Strong team spirit, able to effectively collaborate with colleagues to complete work tasks.
Candidates with front desk reception experience will be given preference.
