Job Responsibility

Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, according to customerâs order.
Operate till drawers or cash registers and issue receipt to customers.
Assist in stock arrangement and product merchandising.
Ensure counter area is clean and perform dish and utensils cleaning.
Manage customers in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
Ensure knowledge of F&B menu which is inclusive of product, promotion, and pricing.
Follow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues or customer complaint.
To assist and adhere to the cash management procedures set by the company.

Job Requirements

Minimum education qualification: SPM
1-2 years related experience preferably in F&B preparation and customer service.
Knowledge in Food Hygiene Regulations is added advantage.
Connecting & engaging with customers.
Maintain a clean & organize environment.
Upselling on food, beverage & merchandise
Provide quality beverage & food products.
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
Ability to work on your own or in teams.
