Responsible for project preplanning, construction QA/QC management.
Assign resources according to scope of works.
Execute project according to plan and in accordance with submission drawings, construction drawings or any other supporting documents.
Supervise and inspect the construction works within/ outside boundary.
Liaise with all relevant authorities and utilities company on the approval plans and provision of services.
To attend site meeting with consultants, sub-contractors
To prepare site progress report, daily site diary and fill in relevant paperwork.
