Requirements:

Responsibilities :

Work with external sales team, costing , product, purchaser and product on to develop and quote cost effective solutions.
To process customer letter of credit as well as bank guarantee.
Processing of sales quotation and customer purchase order
To proactively follow-up with customers on the status of the sales quotation.
Provides Shipment Confirmation to customers and ensures that orders are in ready condition and in correct status before shipment to customers.
Work closely with logistic team on any packing instructions and shipping release from customers to release orders for shipment.
Notifies customer of Promise Delivery Date with an order acknowledgment and ensures that customer receives their orders on me and shipment commitment targets are met.
Proactively and promptly updates the customer of any delays in deliveries
To follow-up with customers on the status of the sales order i
Ensure proper record of filling on important document which is require for audit purposes.
Coordinates with other teams/support to complete the request of customers.
Maintain service level KPIs for areas of responsibility
Any ad-hoc duties that is assigned by management.
