Active in social media to promote motorcycles and get sales.
Daily calling and follow up with customers, handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Build strong relationship with customers.
Educate and assist customer to test ride.
Achieve monthly booking target & sales target.
Handle sales process, including booking collection, loan submission, bike registration and bike delivery.
Attend roadshow to promote products and build brand awareness.
Receive and unload new shipment.
Prepare and submit report to HOD on time.
