Job Description :

Organize the subordinates and guide them to complete the enterprise production plan and achieve the enterprise production goals.
Oversee production scheduling, capacity planning, and resource allocation to meet production targets and customer demands.
Accountable for manpower headcount planning and equipment & machinery efficiency achieved its optimal level of its set goals or targets.
Work closely with the R&D department to develop new products, innovate technologies and technological processes, and improve product quality.
Ensuring that OESH, Quality, SAP regulations in the factory are met every day.
Ability immediate action and to resolve any quality or delivery issue within a shortest possible time to multi-task, flexible, interacts well and works closely with the other department for taking.
According to the production and processing process and technical requirements, determine the qualifications and work steps of the required personnel, and assign work tasks.
Preside over the appointment, training and assessment of department employees.
Collaborate with other departments to meet existing customer needs.
Responsible for employee skill & knowledge empowerment over new technology, machines, equipment, and other relevant competency.

Requirements:

Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.
At least 6-8 years of working experience in Production/ Operation in manufacturing industry.
Knowledge in quality improvement technique and QC Tools.
Good communication and management skill.

Working hours : Mon - Fri (08:00am - 05.30pm)
