To assist in incorporating new company and prepare board and members' resolutions, minutes, notices, annual returns, and other statutory documents;
To prepare and submission all statutory documents to the Companies Commission Malaysia (CCM) and other regulatory authorities;
To file and maintain all statutory books and secretarial documents;
To provide statutory documents and information for internal and external parties on a timely basis; and
To assist with any other secretarial and legal matters; administrative and special assignments as delegated by your superiors from time to time.
Experienced assistants are expected to liaise and respond to clients’ requests and queries regarding corporate secretarial matters. To seek Manager’s clearance for technical advisory. Must be able to manage the portfolios.
Must be able to attend meetings, and discussions and travel outstation or overseas (as and when needed). Provide good client service when dealing with clients.
