Our client is a leading Parking Management Organization dedicated to providing efficient and innovative parking solutions. We are seeking a proactive and experienced individual to join our team as a Parking Command Centre Team Leader.

This role involves overseeing the operations of our parking facilities from a centralized command centre, ensuring optimal performance and swift resolution of any issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the command centre team, ensuring efficient and effective parking operations.

Monitor parking facility activities to ensure smooth traffic flow and optimal use of parking spaces.

Respond promptly and effectively to any incidents or issues related to parking management, providing immediate resolutions, or escalating as necessary.

Communicate clearly and professionally with on-site staff, clients, and customers to address their needs and concerns.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents, equipment malfunctions, and other operational matters.

Utilize various software and systems to manage parking operations and generate comprehensive reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.

Provide training, guidance, and support to command centre staff to enhance their performance and professional development.

Provide real-time updates and reports to management.

Perform regular system checks and maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance the overall experience for parking facility users.

Flexibility to travel within the Klang Valley for site visits or operational needs.

Flexibility to be on-call 24/7 to address any emergencies or critical issues that may arise outside of regular working hours.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM qualification.

Prior experience in parking management or command centre operations is advantageous but not compulsory.

Able to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Good communication skills with proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Must be a team player with a positive attitude.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive Salary Package: Basic RM3500

Additional Shift Allowance: RM300
