Stakeholder Management- Liaising with superior or clients to determine their requirements.- Ensure all work progress and issues are documented and communicated clearly to internal and external clients.- Draft creative projects and document progress to ensure clear communications between self, clients and team members.- Be flexible and open to feedback, willing to revise and iterate on copy as needed to meet project requirements.
Project Management and Operations- Work closely with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas and create integrated campaigns.- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance overall strategy.- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to tight deadlines. Prioritize tasks effectively and communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality copy.- Assist the Creative Director on budget control and procurement processes with the Finance & Procurement team if needed.- Reviewing final graphic layouts / video drafts and suggesting improvements if required.- Assist with social media and attend events as needed.
Others- Participate in brainstorming sessions with Operation teams and contribute creative ideas to enhance overall strategy- Liaising with external printers or production teams to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed or presented to the highest quality.- Other work and ad-hoc tasks beyond the job description upon discretion of the supervisor and the company.
