To carry out routine functions set out in the day-to-day work instructions such as performing journal entries and handling account payables and receivables, etc. in an effective manner.
Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation, and to investigate and resolve any reconciliation differences.
Preparation of monthly closing accounts and Monthly Performance Review Reports.
Prepare and assist with budgeting, audit, and tax matters.
Reports to Finance Assistant Manager/ Finance Manager on any exception found on internal control procedures for income audit.
To administer, coordinate, and liaise with various parties concerned.
Ensure the clearance of outstanding for inter-company reconciliation, balance sheet GL, and bank reconciliation are performed on time.
Prepare SST, withholding tax, and tax return.
Assist in maintaining digital and physical financial records.
Any ad hoc tasks given by the management team.
