Master MST Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled IT/Finance Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in integrating information technology with financial strategies to drive efficiency, enhance decision-making, and ensure the company's financial health. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, financial acumen, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
IT Strategy and Management:
Develop and execute IT strategies that align with the company’s financial goals.
Manage IT infrastructure, systems, and software to support financial operations.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Integration and Optimization:
Integrate financial systems with other business systems to streamline processes.
Identify opportunities for automation and implement technology solutions to enhance efficiency.
Optimize the use of financial software and tools to improve accuracy and reporting capabilities.
Risk Management and Compliance:
Monitor and manage financial risks, including cybersecurity risks.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and best practices.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure system and data integrity.
Project Management:
Lead and manage cross-functional projects that impact both IT and finance departments.
Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
Prepare project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of IT and finance professionals.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and IT roles
Skills:
Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
Proficient in financial software (e.g., ERP systems, financial management software) and IT infrastructure.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,892.39 - RM5,336.77 per month
