Job Responsibility

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for day-to-day accounting operations of daily cash flow monitoring, accounts receivable/ payable, processes invoices, records payments, tracking expenses and all other accounting related activities.
Knowledgeable in sales tax declaration, company tax exemption or deduction rules. Familiar with Bonded operation is an added advantage.
Comply with accounting standards, group policies, and government statutory requirements.
Responsible for handling general ledger operations (non-trade AP, regular journal entry, general ledger details, etc.)
Responsible for government-related statistical report declaration
Ensure all accounting records (AP, AR, RRPT, Journals and etc) are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system.
Responsible to handle all audit matters - prepare audit schedule, compiling information for audit purpose, drafting of auditor report and any other related matters.
Maintain effective liaison with external parties – auditors, tax agents, bankers and other relevant parties.
Handle ad-hoc duties assigned/ any other accounting duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in Accounting software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Familiar with ERP system will be an added advantage.
Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English (Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.)
