Looking For Purchasing Assistant / Junior

Qualifications & experience:
Experience required with or without
Must be able to communicate & write mandarin.
Basic Microsoft Office Excel Skills

Job Responsibilities:
Receiving purchase requisition, processing orders and sourcing for new suppliers when necessary.
Purchase bill key in computer etc.
Product information correction, perform costing & update price list.
Due with supplier for all matters (product detect, claims, complaint and delivery shortage)
Sourcing and negotiating with new potential suppliers for competitive pricing and terms
Analyze costs and create cost-saving strategies when necessary
Responsible for local & overseas purchase of good according to the planned delivery schedule.
Maintain accurate records and generate reports for management.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am-6pm), Saturday (9am-1:30pm)

基本的微软办公软件Excel技能

工作职责:

接收采购申请，处理订单并在必要时寻找新供应商。

在电脑中输入采购账单等等。

修正产品信息，执行成本计算并更新价格表。

处理与供应商的所有事务（产品缺陷、索赔、投诉及交货不足）。

寻找并与潜在的新供应商进行谈判，以获得竞争性的价格。

分析成本并在必要时创建节省成本的策略。

对接采购的交货时间及进行国内外商品采购。

审核采购记录的准确性，并为管理层生成报告（当需要的时候）。

工作地点 : 大山脚 Jalan Song Bang Kheng, Bukit Mertajam
上班时间：星期一至五（9am-6pm）星期六（9am-2.30pm）
