Job Scope:

Assisting the Project Manager in the daily operation and complete follow up each and every task assigned
Preparation of minutes of meeting chaired by Project Manager and ensuring its timely circulation upon completion
Provision of customer services support to other departments on technical issues, marketing and sales and handover of projects
To review and check through the content of draft tender documents and BQ for standardization, improvement and correctness
To involve and implement pre-tender, interviews, award and contract binding
Monitoring and update development programmed, preparation of work schedule to ensure work proceed as programmed and accomplished within the specified period, quality of works and safety to the requirement
Coordination, liaison and attending meeting with internal departments, Architect, Consultants, Contractors, Authorities and Suppliers to ensure problems are promptly identified and solved.
To check and review contractor’s interim claim and monitor variation
To liaise with consultants and ensure all comments issued by local authorities are to be attended and complied to enable issuance of Letter of Clearance and CCC
Assist in solving site problems and issue of Site Instructions
Documentation of authorities and construction records
Preparation of weekly site reports and issue to all the relevant parties

Job Requirement:

Experienced in development project admin and documentation
Experienced to deal with government department in Ipoh, such as Majilis Bandaraya Ipoh (MBI), Lembaga Air Perak, Jabatan Tanah, etc.
Related to housing development
Well spoken & writing in English & Mandarin
Possess own transport

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
