Support the activity undertaken by risk owners to ensure that it is aligned with Bank’s overall strategy and within the Bank/parent company’s risk appetite while ensuring adequate consideration and controls of potential risks in activities undertaken by the Bank.

Recommend suitable guidance to ensure effectiveness of operational risk management functions by working closely with relevant departments to provide independent input on business initiative, new product development and rectification of risk issues identified.

Conduct impact/ gap analysis on changes in local and/or international regulations related to operational risk management and coordinate changes in relevant policy, procedure and system. ...
