Customer Service - Answering inquiries, must provide service and assistance to customers even though DobiQueen is a self -service laundry.
Drop Off Pick Up (DOPU) service: Help customers wash and dry clothes.
Free Transfer service: Transfer customer's clothes from washer to dryer.
Easy Folding service: Fold customers' clothes with a simple technique to avoid wrinkles for Free Transfer & Drop Off Pick Up (DOPU) service (no charge).
Folding Service: Folding customer's clothes according to the company's SOP (charges apply and employees will get a commission).
Maintain the cleanliness of the branch throughout the working hours.
Provides daily reports - Opening, Closing and Sales of DobiQueen Products.
Manage Foto-Zzoom kiosk (Passport & 4R printing & Photostat).
Manage any tools ie. gas, pumps, etc. inside the branch to ensure smooth operation.
Compliant and willing to work with the Outlet Manager in managing the branch.
Perform other tasks that have been set by the management from time to time.
