Work with Sales & Marketing team to determine and establish new products or enhancement to existing products.
Monitor and coordinate all activities related to new/existing products development to lower cost, maintain products of the highest quality that meet the customer standards and requirements while complying with HACCP and ISO requirements.
Prepare SOP for routine experiment and research and ensure that product launched according to timeline.
Conduct Sensory evaluation of new/existing product sample whenever necessary.
Review and verify trial run, shelf-life validation, sensory evaluation report and cooking instruction validation report.
Involve in production trial run before commercial run. Work with Operation Team (Production and QA) to ensure new products are compatible with current manufacturing processes.
Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management.
Perform physical and chemical analysis on Food ingredients & products
