Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
Conduct site visits and assessments to gather essential information and identify design opportunities and constraints.
Develop innovative design concepts that balance aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
Create detailed drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to communicate design ideas effectively.
Select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that align with the design concept and project requirements.
Prepare and present design proposals, including sketches, renderings, and material samples, to clients for review and approval
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate execution of design projects.
Monitor project progress, resolve any design-related issues or challenges that arise during implementation, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance design capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.
Cultivate positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster repeat business and referrals.
