Job Scope : Administrative Support:

Providing administrative support to company Finance and Admin manager, such as below:

Expense Management: Tracking and recording business expenses incurred by the organization, including employee reimbursements, vendor payments, and other operational costs. This involves reviewing expense reports, verifying receipts, and ensuring expenses are coded correctly.
Bank Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements with internal accounting records to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies. This involves matching transactions, resolving discrepancies, and updating financial records accordingly.
Accounts Receivable and Payable: Managing accounts receivable by tracking payments from clients or customers and following up on overdue invoices. Managing accounts payable involves processing incoming invoices, scheduling payments, and maintaining vendor relationships.
Audit and Compliance: Assisting with audit preparations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This may involve gathering documentation, liaising with auditors, conducting internal audits, and implementing recommendations to address audit findings.

Office Management: Supervising daily operations of the office, including managing schedules, appointments, and deadlines. This may involve organizing meetings, maintaining calendars, and ensuring office supplies are stocked.
Coordination: Coordinating logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements. This may include booking venues, arranging accommodations, and preparing materials.
Regulation: In charge of company licenses and certificates renewal on regular basis according to the relevant requirement.

Qualification:

Working Hour

Mon-Fri 8am - 6pm.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
