Job Responsibilities

Oversees the accounting functions for Accounts Payable
Manages the Accounts Payable reporting and analysis including vendor balances reconciliation and ageing report
Responsible for fund allocation requirement, payment executions and ICS control performance
Handles and manages local and overseas vendor invoices, resolve all unclear and dispute items
Handles staff claims, resolve all unclear and dispute items
Responsible for policy/guideline/processes and Accounts Payable related forms update when necessary
Handles all follow up with all parties to ensure all invoices posted, paid and cleared on time
Manages Vendor handling, reconciliation and other associated tasks to Accounts Payable
Responsible for providing information towards preparation of relevant tax schedules
Involve in ad hoc projects and enhancement projects

Job Requirements

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
