· Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control preocedure (receiving, verification, internal circulation, submission process), including technical documents, drawing and project correspondence for HQ.

The role’s key metric is improving Sales Account Managers efficiency and productivity by providing the necessary sales administrative support. A positive working attitude to dealing with internal/ external parties and the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining work priorities, are key.
Experience in a sales environment and advanced administrative skills with good Microsoft Office skills is an advantage.
