Full role on Logistic (outbound) internal and external communication.
Manage customer shipping agent portal on shipment booking according to planning.
Issue Job Order to communicate with internal team for completion to meet shipment needs.
Booking / Capacity planning communication.
Product finished goods stock management to ensure order fulfillment.
Communicate to customer’s QA team for respective inspection to conduct on-site.
Prepare shipping document and apply whichever is from other party to fulfill customer document needs. (include COC/COA/COI/ etc)
To record and safe keeping on evidence of shipment according to compliance.
To maintain accounting system on Sales invoices transaction
To ensure all daily work are accordance to ISO13485, MDD, MDR, MDA and other compliance on records procedure/SOP.
Reporting to HOD.
To handle other tasks given from HOD.
