Record all business transaction accurately with the clients and sales department.
Prepare daily order sheet, delivery order and invoices processing cycle.
Coordinate with the Sales section on pricing adjustment on a daily basis.
Coordinate with the Warehouse section on the availability of stock on a daily basis.
Coordinate with the Logistic section on the delivery schedule on a daily basis.
Perform inspection process on packed products for delivery of orders.
Perform verification process on discrepancies by and resolve billing issues.
Generate daily sales summary, update sales and financial data.
