Job Description

Oversee full spectrum of HR inclusive of foreign workers & hostel management.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and local regulations.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Establish and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other relevant stakeholders to ensure a steady pipeline of talent.
Administer employee benefits programs and handle employee relations matters.
Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Manage performance appraisal processes and implement strategies for employee engagement and retention.
Handle disciplinary and grievance procedures in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Act as the main point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
