Responsibilities:-

Support for site operations to keep track of daily operations activities, projects status and generate multiple reports.
Assist in creating production operations Standard Operating Procedures, to update employee attendance report, financial and other data as at when required.
Support administrative work for Heave Machinery Equipment (HME) team, create maintenance check list, prepare relevant reports to monitor the usage of HME, and contribute value in how to improve efficiency.
Responsible for office administration and general duties for daily documentation issue, receipt and filling.
Back up to support weighbridge recording, reports, and basic analysis tasks if required.
Back up to support warehouse & inventory activities if required including incoming, outgoing, invoicing delivery notes, and stock control if required.
Back up to support warehouse & inventory with data entry, inventory records to ensure efficiency, accuracy and compliance within company processes & policies if required.
Back up to support warehouse if required ensure stocks items are neatly arranged with proper segregation, identification and labelling if required.

We are looking for:-

Certificates/Diploma of Administration or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 or 2 years site experience in production administration, warehouse or equivalent.
Basic Microsoft office, speak read & write in English.
Good work attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
